To save your theme and distribute it, (I only know how to do this on windows 7), go to your desktop, right click, hit personalize.
Your theme should be titled as 'Unsaved Theme' or something similar. Right click this and it should show 2 options, 'Save theme' and 'Save theme for sharing'. You want the second one. Click it, name your file, then upload it and do whatever
PS: Yes I am the same person who made the aforementioned theme
Also, if you have any requests for themes, I'll attempt to make them, just note that I have school work
