Czequestria 2022: Sun vs. Moon

Sometimes it feels like there that pony meetups and conventions are all in the past. But that's just a myth! Like others, our team has not given up, and despite everything, we’re still working on the preparations, even in these strange times. The atmosphere of big events is something we are all missing and want to experience again!

Theme for Czequestria 2022 will be “Sun vs. Moon”!

Will you join the noble Solar Empire or the forces of the New Lunar Republic? Choose wisely!!

The theme of the Sun and the Moon is one of the main ones in Equestria stories, whether we see Celestia and Luna, or stories that tie in with our two princess sisters. They have also found their way into many fanfictions (Children of the Night, Solar empire vs. New Lunar Republic...), and now even brony conventions.

The whole weekend filled with fun, fans, guests, and entertainment of all kinds - starting with traditional MLP-themed LARP, followed by panels, workshops, and music games, to the final charity auction - is waiting for all Czequestrians!

Robert Cullen – visit from the world of “MLP: A New Generation”

As My Little Pony Universe recently expanded into a new environment, characters, and plot, so did the circle of those who give the world of Equestria the look as we know it.

We are therefore honored to welcome to Czequestria one of the MLP 5th generation team members, who is none other than Robert Cullen, the director of “MLP: A New Generation” and the founder of the Boulder Media animation studio!

Although his name might not sound very familiar to most Bronies, the fifth-generation pilot is definitely not his first encounter with the MLP world.

heavy metal & pop-punk from the Moon

Guitarist, vocalist, and producer from the southeast coast of the United Kingdom. Since late 2011, when he released the “Beyond Her Garden” cover (originally by WoodenToaster), his heavy metal and pop-punk music with a light electronic and acoustic flavor become popular among many bronies all over the world! His debut album “Rediscover” was released in November 2013.

In recent years, he has performed at many conventions in Europe, the United States, and also at online brony events. He decided to take full advantage of this year, so we can enjoy his music live at conventions all over Europe, including Czequestria.

Costumes and cosplay give each convention an incredible atmosphere and are also a way to take on the role of your favorite heroes, at least for a while. Who wouldn't want to try it at least once!

Whether you want to know what custom costume design for game studios or Netflix looks like, looking for cosplay tips, or you want to try to create your very first cosplay, be sure to visit the cosplay panel by Veronika Matějková at this year's Czequestria, followed by a thematic workshop!

Today is the last day for any panel, workshop, concert, or any other activity in Czequestria's official program!

Whether it's a quiz for participants, an art workshop, CCG free play, or a game in a nearby park - whatever reasonable and pony you can think of :smile: Czequestria is a space for your ideas too!

Friday LARP

(and everything you need to know about it)

At every MLP con, you will find something unique, and typical for the event. The most distinctive program piece at Czequestria is Friday's all-day MLP-themed game, taking place in the area of Prague: for one day, the participants in groups will take the role of characters from the MLP world and go on a journey to... but no spoilers, come and see for yourself!

If you have never participated in such a game and you are not sure what to expect (or you are just curious), be sure to check out the Czequestria 2019 LARP video or take a look at photos from Czequestria in previous years.

Last week of sponsor and cheap tickets

Czequestria is getting close really fast now (less than a month), so the end of sales for Eclipse (sponsor), Constellation (super-sponsor) and Spark (standard at a lower price) tickets is almost here! After 1.8. (next Monday) only "Last minute Spark" tickets will be available - these are the same as "Spark", but for a significantly higher price.

If you still don’t have your ticket and are planning to attend, want extra rewards, or save on the entrance fee, don't wait until the last minute and buy your ticket now!

When does Czequestria start and end? How to get to the venue? Where to stay in Prague conveniently and nearby the venue? Planning to attend an event can take a lot of effort, especially if you are traveling from far away.
